o Initiate automotive services and repairs by determining performance problems and service requested; verify warranty and service contract coverage; develop estimates; write repair orders; maintain customer rapport and records

We are seeking a qualified Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Sam Boswell Honda. In this position your day will be busy and filled with variety. You will utilize your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer for repair and maintenance service on vehicles. In this role your main responsibility will be working between the service department and customers, both face to face and over the phone. Your day will consist of:
o Taking customer inquiries and service bookings
o Determining the customer's needs and communicating these to the Service Technicians, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
o Advising customers on the progress of their vehicle
o Obtaining authorization for extra work
o Providing superior customer service
You are a motivated and organized individual with experience in customer relations. You also have:
o Effective time management skills
o Sound knowledge of auto mechanics
o Administrative skills
o A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service

Ideally you will have previous experience in the retail automotive industry, strong customer service experience is essential.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
