Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance to join our team.
The Janitor/Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
This position requires proficiency in industrial cleaning, floor care, and general maintenance duties.
Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed - Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs and painting - Follow established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards Skills:
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning and commercial janitorial services - Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, waxing, and polishing - Familiarity with general maintenance tasks such as light repairs and painting - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent time management skills to ensure completion of assigned duties within designated timeframes We offer competitive pay rates for this position.
