The Parts Counter Sales Representative is responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.
In addition performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.

Essential Functions:
Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays Greets and assists customers as they enter the store Answer phone calls Check in daily stock and emergency orders Look up parts correctly and in a timely manner Keeps parts department retail area clean and orderly Stocks shelves as needed Makes outbound calls to customers to actively sell parts Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
Experience in agriculture or willing to learn Friendly and customer service oriented Basic data entry/keyboarding skills Basic parts and machinery knowledge Experienced in Part Sales Knowledge of farm equipment Ability to use the Catalog computer application Ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
High School diploma or equivalent experience Fork lift license preferred but not required Job Type:
