The legal assistant will also keep track of appointments, send out letters, take in paperwork, assist in the post-filing workload of the cases, and perform all other duties assigned.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Required Skills and Specifications Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be outgoing and good with people.
Must exhibit intermediate computer/technical skills.
Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task.
Must be a team player.
Must provide excellent customer service.
Reliability, dependability and punctuality are of the utmost importance.
Preferred Skills and Specifications Preferred experience with consumer bankruptcy.
Education & Work Experience High School Diploma required.
