- Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for residents - Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests, ensuring prompt resolution - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to community operations - Enforce community policies and regulations, addressing any violations or disputes that may arise - Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery - Plan and organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and team members - Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software for tracking maintenance requests and work orders - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures, including the ability to draft and file legal documents as required - Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills to resolve disputes between residents or with external parties - Proficient in office software applications (e.

, Microsoft Office Suite) - Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing community management - Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Note:
