We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Paintball Field Manager.
This position requires a candidate with preferred experience in sales, marketing, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
The Paintball Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the paintball field's operations, including sales, marketing, inventory control, and occasional administrative duties related to the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
1.
Field Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the paintball field, ensuring smooth functioning, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with staff members, including referees, field attendants, and support personnel, to schedule games, events, and tournaments.
- Maintain a safe environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols, rules, and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition and meets safety standards.
2.
Sales and Marketing:
- Assist develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify target audiences and create marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and local advertising, to promote the paintball field.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and group organizers to generate business and secure repeat bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
3.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure an adequate supply of paintball equipment, accessories, and consumables.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order and replenish inventory in a timely manner, while considering budget constraints.
- Enforce inventory control measures to minimize loss, theft, and wastage.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile stock records, and update inventory management systems.
4.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the hiring process, such as reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and training documentation.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts and breaks to ensure adequate coverage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (not required but preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage field operations, sales, marketing, inventory, and administrative duties effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
- Sound financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed business decisions.
- Knowledge of paintball rules, equipment, and safety practices (preferred).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per operational requirements.
