Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management - Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas - Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology sales role - Strong ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions based on insights - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enable effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients - Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets - Previous experience in account management is highly desirable - Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals - Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
