Duties include but not limited to:
- Receiving and entering payments and security deposits - Reconcile bank accounts - Entering of bills - Ensure all dues are paid - General Bookkeeping - Termite Bonds - Schedule inspections, notify tenants.
- Send out Statements once a month - Place liens - Perform inspections of the clubhouse, pool area and make sure the lawns are cut.
- Inspect the subdivisions for possible violations - Submit work orders for lawn care, pest control and or repairs - Follow up on work orders, payments, inspections - Perform quarterly Home Owners Association meetings.
- Get Repair estimates - Handle Clubhouse reservations - Answering Phone calls and Emails in a timely manner.
- Send out notices (meetings, violations, rules, reminders).
